Additionally, Dr. Sims offers ergonomic advice, exercise, soft tissue therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, cupping, and acupuncture, in order to help you meet your wellness goals.

We use a hands on approach to chiropractic care, and also offers more gentle activator and drop piece adjustments to meet the needs of every client.
